SOME OF OUR WORK

In for some light restoration work this winter, 1982 Honda CBX1000 - In it's orginal state (minus seat re-covered and rear indicators although i believe Mark may have a set somewhere!!)

Another one in is a rare 1987 Kawasaki ZL1000 , imported from the US in to the UK in 1991.

These should keep Mark busy through the cold winter days and nights.

The above is a short film, which clearly displays the affection our customer Dave has for his Kawasaki Z900. It was a pleasure for us to complete this nut and bolt re-build for him and we felt it was only fitting, for him to have the honours in the first start up of his motorcycle in 8 YEARS!!! There were no trial runs for the camera's - it really did start straight up!! Obviously we had pre - primed the carbs in the hope it would, but it is lovely when it happens like that! Great job for a great customer, and we here at GMEC hopes he will have many more years of pleasure from it, and the smile on his face says it all - nice one!!!!

James Neesom getting the HRC Fireblade ready for Oliver's Mount.

We were proud to sponser James Neeson in 2014- We supplied & prepared a HRC Honda CBR1000 RR. Here they are getting the bike together in our workshop. Results were promising but James has now retired from racing

Well, here it is! Alot of late nights and too many hours to mention but they did it.

James Neesom rode the HRC Blade at the Mount in June 2014. What a rider!! First time on the 1000RR and he got 6th place - Very well done to him. We were so proud of him. He also got two 3rd's on his 600 and two 3rd's also on his 650.
